Email with Microsoft Outlook

How to set up an email inbox with us in Microsoft Office Outlook:

  1. Open Microsoft Office Outlook.
  2. Go to File > Info > Add Account .
  3. Check the box next to Manually configure server settings or additional server types . Click Next .

4. Select the Internet email option and click Next .
5. Provide the following:
  • Your name.
  • Your e-mail address.
  • account type. If you want to save copies of messages on the server, select the "IMAP" option. If you don't want to save messages on the server, select the "POP3" option. Selecting IMAP also allows you to train the "SpamAssassin" spam filter on incoming email messages, provided SpamAssassin is included in your plan.
  • incoming mail server. Enter our mail server
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP) . Enter our mail server
  • User name. Enter your full email address. For example
  • password . Enter your password that we sent you.
  • Sign in using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) required . Leave this option disabled.
6. Click on More settings , open the Outgoing server tab and activate the option The outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication .
7. Click Next .
8. Click on Finish .
